About Gindi Manor

Manor, born in 1974, finished his service in the army in 1995 after serving in the Air Force’s computer unit.
Manor is the son of Tova and Moshe Gindi, was born and raised in Rishon Lezion, and later moved to Savion.
As a child, he moved with his family to New York and Brazil for several years, where he attended diplomatic schools and acquired the English and Portuguese languages.
Manor currently lives in Savion with his wife Bat-El and their five children.

Entrepreneurial Spirit

Manor’s entrepreneurial and business senses was revealed at an early age, when as a teenager he founded, operate and managed
alone a distribution system of thousands of gifts and electrical products to workers’ committees.
At the age of 17 he sold insurance policies in the “HaZahav” Mall which is owned by the family, and at the age of 21 he already managed
the mall’s marketing system and headed its customer club,
A project that was managed together with Visa Cal.

The Start of the Road

At that time, Manor began his career in real estate, managing the “Rabin Towers” project in Holon for Gindi Investments. He later took a central part in establishing other prominent projects of the company, including the “Ilan Gardens” project in Kiryat Ono, the “Gindi Park Holon” project as well as other residential and commercial projects in Tel Aviv, Rishon Lezion, Netanya, Givat Shmuel, Ramla and more.

Manor was involved in projects promoted by the company in Eastern Europe and Switzerland.
The flagship project, of which Manor is one of the entrepreneurs, is “Gindi TLV,” a complex Innovative and mixed-use that covers an area of 55 dunams in the heart of Tel Aviv (between Hashmonaim St, Karlibach St., and Menachem Begin St.) and includes, among other things, 777 housing units, a Community Country, and the “TLV” mall.

Establishment of Gindi TLV

The flagship project , of which Manor is one of the entrepreneurs, is “Gindi TLV”, a complex Innovative and mixed-use which covers an area of ​​55 dunams in the heart of Tel Aviv (between the Hashmonaim St, Karlibach St. and Menachem Begin St.) and includes, among other things, 777 housing units, a Community Country and a the “TLV” mall. The project included the construction of four clover shaped towers of 47-48 floors with 385 housing units in each one. The complex has many facilities, including rooftops, gyms, a children indoor playground and a tenants club for each tower. The complex has a digital and advanced community system that includes, among other things, facial recognition access controls and a wide range of groundbreaking community digital services.

Manor, together with his brother Kfir, founded iGindi – a digital company for organizing tenants in the field of urban renewal.
iGindi is an innovative professional company , specializing in organizing tenants and managing urban renewal projects.
iGindi was established with the aim of bringing the experience, expertise and knowledge of its founders in the field of real estate and urban renewal in Israel and abroad – to you, the tenants.

Hobbies and Community Life

Manor doesn’t start any day at the office without going for a morning run. An avid sports fan, he advocates 3-4 running and strength training sessions a week
and participated in the Paris Marathon in 2013.

In the background of the Iron Swords War, Manor was a partner in the establishment of a logistics center in the “Zahav” Mall in Rishon LeZion for soldiers and families from the Gaza Strip and took part in the establishment of the conflict line that distributed over 10,000 packages from donations that came from around the country, from America, Australia and around the world.

In addition, Menor is an active partner in visiting and encouraging the wounded in Tel Hashomer.
