About

Manor began his career in 1998 in commercial marketing at Gold Mall. His first development delivered 328 apartments in Holon. Over the years he has led pioneering projects defined by creativity, innovation, and business excellence.

Highlights include initiating and selling Giv’at Mall to Harel Insurance, bringing Migdal Insurance in as a strategic partner at Gold Mall, and developing Ramla Mall, which was later sold to developer David Azrieli. He has spearheaded large real‑estate partnerships in Romania, Hungary, and Switzerland, alongside the development of residential neighborhoods and major transactions across the Israeli market.

He continues to cultivate strategic collaborations with entrepreneurs and business leaders, driven by initiative, innovation, and uncompromising quality—creating meaningful value for residents and investors alike.

The Entrepreneurial Spirit

Manor’s business instincts surfaced early. As a teenager he organized a distribution network for thousands of gifts and electrical products to employee committees. At 17 he sold insurance policies at the family‑owned Gold Mall, and by 21 he was managing the mall’s marketing and leading its customer club in partnership with Visa CAL.

Early Beginnings

Born in 1974, Manor completed his military service in 1995 in the Israeli Air Force Computer Unit. The son of Tova and Moshe Gindi, he grew up in Rishon LeZion and later Savyon. During childhood he spent several years in New York and Brazil, studying in diplomatic schools and becoming fluent in English and Portuguese. He lives in Savyon with his wife Bat‑El and their five children.

Manor began his real estate path managing the Rabin Towers project in Holon for Gindi Investments. He later played a key role in Ganei Ilan (Kiryat Ono), Gindi Park Holon, and additional residential and commercial ventures in Tel Aviv, Rishon LeZion, Netanya, Givat Shmuel, Ramla, and beyond, as well as projects advanced in Eastern Europe and Switzerland.
