About Gindi Manor

Manor, born in 1974, was discharged from the army in 1995 after serving in the air force’s computer unit.
Manor, the son of Tova and Moshe Gindi, was born and raised in Rishon Lezion and later in the settlement of Savion. As a child, he moved with his family for several years to New York and Brazil, where he attended diplomatic schools and acquired the English and Portuguese languages.
Manor currently lives in Savion with his wife Bet-El and their five children.

Establishment of Gindi TLV

The flagship project , of which Manor is one of the entrepreneurs, is Gindi TLV , a complex Innovative and mixed-use that covers an area of ​​55 dunams in the heart of Tel Aviv (between the Hasmonean, Karlibach and Menachem Begin streets) and includes, among others, 777 units, Country and TLV Mall. The project included the construction of four three-story towers of 47-48 floors with 385 21 housing units. The complex has many facilities, including ropetops, gyms, a gymnasium and a tenants’ club for each tower. The complex also benefits from a digital and advanced community system that includes, among other things, facial recognition access controls and a wide range of groundbreaking community digital services.

iGindi is an innovative professional manager, specializing in organizing tenants and managing urban renewal projects.
